2 Minute Yogurt Ice Cream
Yoghurt ice cream in 2 minutes I make this every year
2 tsp vanilla flavor
2 cups yoghurt INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla flavorFrozen dessert
2 cups of yogurt in total (500 ml)
3 tbsp milk
Topping as desired
Preparation
Itβs so quick and tastes like store-bought ice cream!
First mix all the ingredients well in a plastic bowl for the yogurt ice cream without an ice cream maker.
Place the bowl in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Decorate as desired. Enjoy!

- 3 tbsp fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk β 0 points
- Optional toppings: fresh berries, sugar-free chocolate chips, crushed nuts (count points if added)

- Mix Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine:- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2β3 tbsp honey (or sugar-free sweetener for fewer points)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp milk
- Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe bowl or container.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring once or twice if you like it creamier. - Serve & Top:
Scoop and enjoy plain or top with 0-point fruit (like strawberries or blueberries).
You can also add sugar-free chocolate syrup or a dash of cinnamon.
