Air Fryer Crispy Potato Cubes

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg (2 lb) Potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. You can peel the potatoes if desired, or leave the skin on for extra texture.
  2. Cut the potatoes into cubes and transfer them into a bowl, or directly into the air fryer basket if you prefer sliced raw potatoes.
  3. Season the potatoes with Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic granules, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with some cooking oil. Preheating the air fryer is optional, but you may do so if you prefer.
  5. Add the seasoned cubed potatoes to the air fryer basket and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the potatoes at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the basket and shake it or flip the potatoes if they are not many, to ensure even cooking.
  7. Continue to air fry the potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  8. Once done, remove the crispy potato cubes from the air fryer and serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
