For the Greek Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Âľ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of nutmeg

1. Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat chicken breasts well and marinate for at least 20–30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Prep the Potatoes
- Toss the cubed potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Air Fry the Chicken and Potatoes
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place marinated chicken breasts in one side of the air fryer basket.
- Add seasoned potatoes to the other side (or cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping chicken and shaking potatoes halfway through. Chicken should reach an internal temp of 165°F (74°C).
4. Make the Alfredo Sauce
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
5. Assemble & Serve
- Slice the cooked Greek chicken.
