Air-Fryer Chicken and Vegetable Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
- Spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for sautéing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray for Airfryer
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until vegetables are slightly tender.

- Cook the Spring Rolls:
- Preheat your Airfryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking spray.
- Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the Airfryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve:
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or peanut sauce.
