How To Make

• X2 eggs

• Bacon

• Cheese

Ready Made Puff Pastry Sheet

Get the Ready Made Puff Pastry sheet and cut into 4 squares (or more depending how big your sheet is)

Grate the cheese (I used mild cheddar) and place in the middle of the squares, making a bed for the bacon.

Place 2 or 3 slices of bacon on top of the cheese and fold the corners over.

Beat the eggs and glaze the eggs over the top of them.

Then straight in the air fryer on 180°C for 12 minutes. Then turn them over at the end for 1 minute just to crisp the bottom 👍
