Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
In a bowl, mix oat flour, whey protein, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Add cottage cheese, egg, and cheddar cheese. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Divide into 8 rounds and place on a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle extra cheddar on top.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
