👩🍳 Instructions:
Step 1: Roast the Cabbage Steaks
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange cabbage slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush lightly with olive oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until browned and tender.
Step 2: Cook the Beef Patties
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat with Worcestershire sauce, spices, and optional egg.
- Form into 4 equal patties.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side, until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F).
