  1. Cook the Sweet Potatoes ๐Ÿ 
    In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil (or spray) and diced sweet potatoes. Cook for 7โ€“10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beginning to soften. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sautรฉ the Beef & Aromatics ๐Ÿฅฉ
    In the same skillet, add the lean ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking up with a spoon. Add diced onion and garlic; cook for 2โ€“3 more minutes. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add Zucchini & Combine ๐Ÿฅ’
    Stir in the zucchini and partially cooked sweet potatoes. Cook everything together for 7โ€“8 more minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld.
  4. Serve & Garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
