
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Flax seeds
- 1/4 cup Poppy seeds
Optional Additions
- 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup Coconut flour
- 1/4 cup Powdered peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Psyllium husk
- 1/4 cup Almond meal

Instructions
- Combine the Seeds: Place all the seeds (and any optional additions) into a small food processor or Nutribullet type of appliance.
- Blend: Pulse the mixture until the seeds are coarsely ground. The texture should be fine enough to mix easily into foods but not so fine that it turns into a powder.
- Store: Transfer the blend to a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the fridge. It should keep fresh for several months.
