INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp almond flour (or 1 1/3 tbsp coconut flour)
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp butter melted
1 egg
1/8 tsp of salt, or to taste
2 tbsp sugar free pizza sauce. I prefer Rao’s!
3 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, shredded optional
Italian seasoning, to taste
Mini pepperoni, to taste
Melt butter in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Add the almond or coconut flour, egg, baking powder, salt and then whisk together.
Poor batter into two mugs evenly.
Spoon on a tablespoon of your homemade keto pizza sauce and spread it around the surface of the batter.
Top with some shredded cheese, pepperoni, dried herbs and any other topping you want.
Microwave for 70-90 seconds – and eat up!
