Zero-Point Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed
  • 1 package shirataki or whole-grain spaghetti noodles (more or less, depending on family size)

Instructions:

  6. Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Season with Italian seasoning, ground pepper, red pepper flakes, and additional salt if needed. Gradually add the saved pasta water (starting with 1/4 cup) until the pasta is evenly coated and moist but not overly wet.
  7. Toss and Heat: Toss all ingredients together until everything is well-incorporated and heated through.
