WW Shortbread Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1½ cups all purpose flour  
  • ¼ cup cornstarch 
  • ½ cup powdered sugar  

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  • Use electric mixer to whip butter until fluffy. Stir in cornstarch, confectioners’ sugar, & flour. Beat on low setting for 1 minute, then on high setting for 3 – 4 minutes. Drop by spoonfuls two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 – 15 minutes in oven. Don’t let edges get too brown. Cool on wire rack.
