🧀 Ingredients:

  • 4–6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella or WW reduced-fat cheese slices (1 point each on most plans)
  • 8–12 slices turkey pepperoni (~1 point per 10 slices)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
  • Zero Point marinara (see below)

🍅 Zero Point Marinara (Quick DIY):

Mix together:

  • ½ cup crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Heat gently in a saucepan or microwave.


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Arrange cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart.
  3. Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
  4. Place 2 turkey pepperoni slices on each.
  5. Bake for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
  6. Let cool just until safe to handle — still pliable.
  7. Roll up gently and let set.
  8. Serve warm with zero-point marinara or eat plain!

💡 WW Tips:

  • Use part-skim cheese to keep the points low.
  • Avoid pre-shredded cheese (often has more fat & additives).
  • Make a big batch and reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
