π§ Ingredients:
- 4β6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella or WW reduced-fat cheese slices (1 point each on most plans)
- 8β12 slices turkey pepperoni (~1 point per 10 slices)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
- Zero Point marinara (see below)
π Zero Point Marinara (Quick DIY):
Mix together:
- Β½ cup crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
- ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
- ΒΌ tsp onion powder
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Heat gently in a saucepan or microwave.
π₯ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Arrange cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart.
- Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Place 2 turkey pepperoni slices on each.
- Bake for 5β6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
- Let cool just until safe to handle β still pliable.
- Roll up gently and let set.
- Serve warm with zero-point marinara or eat plain!
