🧀 Ingredients:
- 4–6 slices reduced-fat mozzarella or WW reduced-fat cheese slices (1 point each on most plans)
- 8–12 slices turkey pepperoni (~1 point per 10 slices)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of red chili flakes (optional)
- Zero Point marinara (see below)
🍅 Zero Point Marinara (Quick DIY):
Mix together:
- ½ cup crushed tomatoes (no added sugar)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Heat gently in a saucepan or microwave.
🔥 Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Arrange cheese slices on the sheet, spaced apart.
- Sprinkle each with Italian seasoning and chili flakes.
- Place 2 turkey pepperoni slices on each.
- Bake for 5–6 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges begin to brown.
- Let cool just until safe to handle — still pliable.
- Roll up gently and let set.
- Serve warm with zero-point marinara or eat plain!
💡 WW Tips:
- Use part-skim cheese to keep the points low.
- Avoid pre-shredded cheese (often has more fat & additives).
- Make a big batch and reheat in the air fryer or microwave.
