Weight Watchers Friendly Poor Man’s Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:
- 6 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each jalapeño pepper half, filling them to the top.
- Place the stuffed jalapeño halves on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
- Lightly spray the tops of the stuffed jalapeños with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly golden brown on top.
