- ½ red bell pepper, diced (0 points)
- 3 celery stalks, diced (0 points)
- ½ cup light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (use light mayo or plain nonfat Greek yogurt to reduce points)
- ½ cup reduced-fat feta cheese crumbles (points vary, roughly 3-4 points per ¼ cup)
- 2 teaspoons dried dill (0 points)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (0 points)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (0 points)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (0 points)
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced red onion, red bell pepper, and celery. Toss gently to mix.
