Chicken Nuggets Salad:


  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces cooked chicken nuggets
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
  3. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. Once chicken nuggets are cooked, remove from oven and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Add chicken nuggets to the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Drizzle with low-fat ranch dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
