Start by cutting your string cheese sticks in half and freeze them until solid, about two hours
Once frozen, remove from the freezer and begin the coating process
Combine Shake n Bake seasoning and Italian Seasoning, set aside
Crack 1 egg into a separate bowl and whisk until combined
Dip each string cheese piece into your egg, followed by your breading mixture
Air Fry on 400 Degrees for 5-8 mins (Keep an eye on them so you don’t overcook and have all the cheese come out of the breading)
