Ingredients:
2 sheets of reduced-fat puff pastry (thawed)
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil (or your preferred dried herb)

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and dried basil. Mix well. - Roll Out the Puff Pastry:
Lay out one sheet of thawed reduced-fat puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.Roll it out slightly to even it out. - Add the Cheese Mixture:
Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry sheet. - Create Layers:
Carefully place the second puff pastry sheet on top of the first one, sandwiching the cheese mixture in between. - Cut into Strips:
Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the layered puff pastry sheets into strips, about 1-inch wide. - Twist the Strips:
Take each strip and twist it gently to create a spiral shape. - Place on Baking Sheet:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.Place the cheese twists on the baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese twists are golden brown and puffed up. - Cool and Serve:
Allow the cheese twists to cool slightly before serving.
