Vegetable Roastie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 cup milk
- Chopped veggies as you prefer
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Oil
Directions:
Step 1:
- In a blender, combine boiled potatoes, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and milk. Blend until everything is well combined.
Step 2: 2. Add your choice of chopped veggies and baking powder to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3: 3. Stir in 1 cup of wheat flour until a sticky and soft dough forms. Be sure the dough is well mixed. Brush a pan with oil.
Step 4: 4. Apply oil to your hands and shape the dough into circle shapes.
Step 5: 5. Cook both sides for about 4-5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
Step 6: 6. Serve your Vegetable Roasties hot and enjoy!
