Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with grape-seed oil. Set aside.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the shredded King Oyster Mushrooms, Impossible Meat, white onion, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, BBQ sauce, spirit guided seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and Lipton Soup Mix (if using). Mix well, preferably with clean hands.
  4. Shape the Ribs: Place the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a slab of ribs, pressing down to your desired thickness.
  5. Optional Refrigeration: Optionally, place the shaped ribs in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour before baking.
  6. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    • First Hour: Bake for 1 hour.
    • Add BBQ Sauce: After 1 hour, remove from the oven and cover with your choice of BBQ sauce.
    • Final 15 Minutes: Place back in the oven for the remaining 15 minutes.
  7. Serve: Once done, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
