  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons capers plus 1 teaspoon caper brine
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Pepper to taste

  2. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time to adjust to the desired consistency.
