Vanilla Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
1 egg
4 cups milk
1 package (4.6 oz) Jell-O Vanilla Flavored Cook & Serve Pudding Mix
1 cup uncooked instant white rice
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
In a saucepan, beat the egg and milk together with a whisk until well blended.
Add the dry pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes.
Cook the Pudding:
Stir in the rice and raisins.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Cool and Serve:
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and pour the pudding into dessert dishes or a serving dish.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and nutmeg.

Enjoy:
Serve warm or chilled, as desired.
