For the Chicken Salad:

- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

- Juice of Β½ lemon

For the Tzatziki Dressing:
- ΒΎ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (0 Points)
- 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
- Β½ cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry in paper towels

- 1 tsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice

- Prepare the Tzatziki Dressing:
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil (if using), vinegar/lemon, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside. - Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, diced cucumber, onion, dill, parsley, and lemon juice. - Combine:
Add the tzatziki dressing to the chicken mixture. Toss until everything is well coated. - Chill & Serve:
Let the salad chill in the fridge for 15β30 minutes to let flavors meld (optional but recommended).
