Ingredients:
For the Salad:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
For the Salad:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad ingredients: shred the lettuce, shred the cheddar cheese, and dice the pickles and onions.
- Once the ground beef is cooked, drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and diced onions.
For the Special Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar-free sweetener (if using), finely diced pickles, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust the sweetness and seasoning according to your taste.
- Drizzle the special sauce over the salad.
