- 1 packet of Sazon seasoning (or 1 tsp if you have a jar)

Instructions:
- Sauté Vegetables:
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until they are translucent and softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Cook Potatoes:
- Add the diced potatoes to the pan. Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked and tender, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes.
- Season the potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Tuscan seasoning, and Sazon seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Cabbage:
- Stir in the chopped cabbage. Cook until the cabbage reaches your desired texture, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season the cabbage with the same spices used for the potatoes: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Tuscan seasoning, and Sazon seasoning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve:
- Once everything is cooked through and well seasoned, remove from heat and serve warm.
