Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped (color of your choice)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Tuscan seasoning
  • 1 packet of Sazon seasoning (or 1 tsp if you have a jar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Vegetables:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    • Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until they are translucent and softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Cook Potatoes:
    • Add the diced potatoes to the pan. Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked and tender, stirring occasionally, about 10-15 minutes.
    • Season the potatoes with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Tuscan seasoning, and Sazon seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add Cabbage:
    • Stir in the chopped cabbage. Cook until the cabbage reaches your desired texture, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Season the cabbage with the same spices used for the potatoes: onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Tuscan seasoning, and Sazon seasoning. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve:
    • Once everything is cooked through and well seasoned, remove from heat and serve warm.
