Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Buckwheat groats
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup Poppy seeds

Optional Additions

  • 1/4 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup Coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup Powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Psyllium husk
  • 1/4 cup Almond meal

Instructions

  1. Combine the Seeds: Place all the seeds (and any optional additions) into a small food processor or Nutribullet type of appliance.
  2. Blend: Pulse the mixture until the seeds are coarsely ground. The texture should be fine enough to mix easily into foods but not so fine that it turns into a powder.
  3. Store: Transfer the blend to a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store it in the fridge. It should keep fresh for several months.
