Sausage Egg And Cheese Bites

Ingredients Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites

1 lb of sausage
8 oz shredded cheddar
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup of almond flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350
Brown and drain sausage
In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients together till well mixed
Spray mini muffin pan

Roll mixture into small balls and place into pan
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until firm and brown
