Rich and Creamy Potato and Bacon Soup Recipe

Instructions
- Cook the Bacon
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy (about 6-8 minutes).
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving about 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in the pot.
- Sauté the Vegetables
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add Potatoes and Broth
