π§ Ingredients:
- 1 large Portobello mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 large tortilla wrap
- 2β4 tbsp hummus or vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup baby spinach or lettuce
- Oil for sautΓ©ing

- SautΓ© mushroom, onion, and bell pepper in oil until tender.
- Mix soy sauce, balsamic, maple syrup, and oregano. Add to veggies and cook until glazed.
- Spread hummus on the wrap, add greens and veggies.
