2 kilos ground beef
2 large bell peppers green, yellow, or red (diced)
1 large onion (diced into small cubes)
8 oz provolone
1 tablespoon of salt (adjust to your taste)
1 teaspoon paprika (adjust to your taste)
8 large tortillas (wheat or white)

Instructions
Cut the mince into small pieces and cook in a large skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Turn off the heat.
Lay all 8 loaves flat on the work surface. Divide the beef mixture evenly and wrap each tortilla.
You can serve them right away. You can also fry both sides of the wrap in a preheated skillet or grill to create that extra crust.
