Oyster Mushrooms stir fry 

Ingredients
Oyster Mushrooms or Mushrooms of choice
Tricolor peppers
Garlic cloves 5 or more
Ginger 1 inch
Jalapeño pepper
Red chili pepper
Black pepper
Tony Chacere’s instead of chili peppers if desired
Fresh Coriander leaves
2 Tablespoon oil
For sauce
1TSP light soy sauce
1TSP dark soy sauce or liquid amino
1 tsp sugar
1TSP ketchup
Mix all together
Instructions
Prepare Mushrooms
Chop peppers and onions in chunks
Chop Ginger and hot peppers
Chop Coriander leaves including stems
In cast iron skillet or wok heat oil and add hot peppers, garlic, ginger and Sautee for a minute then add Mushrooms and stir for a minute or 2
Add tricolor peppers and onions
Sprinkle salt
Sautee and stir until there is no more liquid from the mushrooms
Add Black pepper
Add sauce and Sautee until it bubbles
Add Coriander leaves mix and you are done
Enjoy over rice or whatever you choose
