Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Corn on the cob
  • Baby carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Onions

Seasonings:

  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
  • Creole seasoning or “Slap Ya Mama”
  • Smoked paprika
  • Red pepper
  • Mrs. Dash Original (assuming this is a seasoning blend)

Directions:

  1. Fill a large pot with water or vegetable broth.
  2. Add the vegetables (potatoes, corn on the cob, baby carrots, broccoli, and onions) to the pot.
  3. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, Creole seasoning or “Slap Ya Mama”, smoked paprika, red pepper, and Mrs. Dash Original.
  4. Place the lid on the pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
