- Potatoes
- Corn on the cob
- Baby carrots
- Broccoli
- Onions
Seasonings:
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- Creole seasoning or “Slap Ya Mama”
- Smoked paprika
- Red pepper
- Mrs. Dash Original (assuming this is a seasoning blend)
Directions:
- Fill a large pot with water or vegetable broth.
- Add the vegetables (potatoes, corn on the cob, baby carrots, broccoli, and onions) to the pot.
- Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, Creole seasoning or “Slap Ya Mama”, smoked paprika, red pepper, and Mrs. Dash Original.
- Place the lid on the pot and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
