Light Texas Trash Dip (WW Friendly)

💛 Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) can fat-free refried beans
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup salsa (any)
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded Mexican cheese
  • ½ cup fat-free shredded cheddar
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade)
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, chopped (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Cooking spray

🔥 Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine:
    • refried beans
    • Greek yogurt
    • salsa
    • taco seasoning
    • jalapeños
  3. Mix well until creamy.
  4. Spray a small baking dish with cooking spray and spread mixture evenly.
  5. Top with all the cheese.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbling.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
