- 1 lemon, thinly sliced

- Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) or heat grill to medium.
- Cut 4 large pieces of foil (or parchment), enough to wrap each salmon fillet.
- Place salmon in the center of each foil sheet. Top with:

- 1 clove garlic
- A few lemon slices
- Salt, pepper, and herbs
- Add optional veggies around the salmon if using.
- Drizzle a little lemon juice over each.
- Fold foil into packets, sealing edges tightly.
- Bake for 15โ20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- On grill: Cook for 12โ15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
