Ingredients
- 3 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare Mixture
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the sour cream until well combined.
Add the shredded cheese, Parmesan, chopped chives, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly. - Add Potatoes
Gently fold in the mashed potatoes until evenly combined. - Shape and Air Fry
Form the mixture into small balls or spoonfuls.
Place them on a parchment-lined air fryer basket or tray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until the puffs are golden brown and puffed up. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking. - Cool and Serve
