Mixed a bottle of vanilla Premier Protein, 4 tablespoons of cream cheese, and a few frozen peach slices in the blender. Split it into 4 small containers and froze. Softened enough to serve it up with some cool whip! Satisfied my sweet tooth!!

Note: I just started my journey three weeks ago and doing low carb right now. I did add a few peach slices, which is only around 2 carbs after splitting it 4 ways. Down 11 lbs so far and my clothes fit looser so hoping I can keep it going!
