Instructions:
Crust:
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
In a food processor, combine almond flour, sweetener, and salt. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch pan and bake for 12 minutes or until the edges turn golden.
Pecan Pie Filling:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in powdered sweetener and Yacon syrup, whisk until well combined, and then remove from heat.
