Fit a low-carb tortilla in a ramekin. Bake in air fryer at 400° for 4 minutes. (or oven)
Saute in butter: 4 TBSP onion, chopped; 1 TBSP minced celery; 1-2 TBSP red or green bell pepper, diced, minced, strips
Add 2 TBSP minced ham, already cooked or canned chicken. You can add raw chicken, but saute till cooked. Season with thyme, basil, oregano, black pepper.
Soften 4 oz of cream cheese in microwave, add 2 oz HWC, whisk until smooth. Add to saute pan, stir until mixture starts to boil. Fill ramekin (with tortilla) with mixture, to within 3/4″ of rim.
