INGREDIENTS  

  • 16 oz shredded crab meat or surimi
  • ½ medium bell pepper chopped
  • 1-2 T. lemon juice
  • 2 T. finely minced onion
  • ½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 T. Mayonnaise
  • 4 T. Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt or to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a medium mixing bowl stir all ingredients together.
  • Garnish as desired with avocado, celery sticks, cucumber slices, etc.
  • Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

Carbs are low but will vary depending on type of meat used, and condiments. To varied to give a meaningful count.
