This Low Carb Crab Salad whips together quickly and brings a bit of summer to lunchtime.

INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz shredded crab meat or surimi
- ½ medium bell pepper chopped
- 1-2 T. lemon juice
- 2 T. finely minced onion
- ½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 T. Mayonnaise
- 4 T. Greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/8 tsp. salt or to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a medium mixing bowl stir all ingredients together.
- Garnish as desired with avocado, celery sticks, cucumber slices, etc.
- Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

Carbs are low but will vary depending on type of meat used, and condiments. To varied to give a meaningful count.
