- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Cake Batter:

- In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sweetener until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the almond/coconut milk. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts into the batter.
- Bake the Cakes:
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
