Keto Ham & Swiss Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Pork Rind breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup unflavored protein powder isolate (or collagen powder) 
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan 
  • 1 tsp parsley 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • HONEY MUSTARD MAYO:
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • Mix and serve

Steps

  1. In the first bowl, whisk together egg and cream.
  2. In the second bowl, combine pork crumbs, protein isolate, parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder.
  3. Dredge roll-ups in egg mixture then crumbs.
  4. Fry in 1/2 inch avocado oil until golden.
