  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt Cheeses:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the cheeses are fully melted and combined.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted cheese mixture and eggs until well combined.
  4. Add Dry Ingredients:
    • Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Form the Bread Bowl:
    • Grease a small, oven-safe bowl or ramekin. Pour the batter into the bowl, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and set.
  7. Let it Cool:
    • Allow the bread bowl to cool for a few minutes before removing it from the bowl.
  8. Slice and Grill:
    • Slice the bread bowl in half horizontally. Butter the cut sides and grill them in a skillet until golden brown.
