  1. Prepare the Cake:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
    • In a bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    • In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated erythritol until creamy and well combined.
    • Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
