For the Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

For the Dough:
  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt Cheeses:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and combined.
  3. Mix Dough:
    • Add almond flour, baking powder, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh parsley (if using), salt, and pepper to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until it forms a dough.
  4. Form Rolls:
    • Divide the dough into 12 portions and roll each portion into a ball. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown.
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
  1. Prepare Topping:
    • In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
  2. Brush Rolls:
    • Once the rolls are out of the oven, brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of each roll.
