Keto Frittata

Frittata is a straightforward one-pan meal made with eggs that is cooked in the oven after starting on the stovetop. Not only is it really tasty, but it’s also the most adaptable recipe since you can use whatever is in your refrigerator to substitute any number of components.

Ingredients:

Ricotta cheese: 1 cup.

Onion: 1/2.

Tarragon: 1 tsp.

Tomatoes: 1 cup.

Fresh baby spinach: 2 cups.

Garlic cloves: 1 cup.

Asparagus: 1 pound.

Heavy whipping cream: 1/4 cup.

Pepper

Eggs: 7.

Olive oil: 1 tbsp.

Instructions:

Turn the microwave on to 400°F.

Tear up and throw away the asparagus’s rough ends. Remove the top three inches of the spears and reserve them. Chop the leftover asparagus until it’s ½ inch in size.

Use the small bowl and add the eggs, cream, and salt. Put aside.

Warm a large safe for the baking burner to a normal temperature. Add the onion and cook it for almost three minutes, or whenever it is tender.

To the skillet, add the chopped asparagus. After one stir, cover the skillet and let it steam for five minutes, or until it softens. Put the garlic in it after removing the cover, and continue to boil for an extra moment.

Cook for one minute after adding the tomato halves. Add the tarragon and stir. Shake the spinach as it starts to cook.

Add the ricotta cheese to the combination of eggs. Pour over the vegetables in the skillet. Switch off the burner. To taste, add more salt and pepper. Top with asparagus tips arranged in a row, and then top with fontina cheese.

Microwave for almost fifteen minutes, or while the cheese starts to brown. and the middle is set.
