1 jar of low-carb salsa
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup of sliced jalapenos (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Add the keto-friendly taco seasoning mix and prepare according to the package instructions.
