Keto Donut Doughnuts: How to make them irresistible


°140 g (1 cup) almond flour
°120 ml (half a cup) of water
°3 eggs
°75 g (half a cup) butter
°a pinch of salt
°Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
°A few drops of liquid stevia or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
°Oil for frying (preferably coconut or avocado oil)


Put the water and butter over medium heat and boil until the butter melts.
Add salt and almond flour and mix with a spoon until a dough forms.
Add the vanilla extract and sweetener (if using) to the batter, then crack 3 eggs, one at a time, while working the batter with the hand mixer.
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and roll out 12 circles on parchment paper.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each donut for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
