This did it!! I have missed pasta more than anything else on this lo carb journey. Until
now. This dish is amazingly satisfying.
Cut a cabbage in half and put cut side down and slice thin. (I used 1/4 of a cabbage). Sautéed in butter and garlic for a couple of minutes. Added 1/2 & 1/2 and ricotta cheese. Cooked about 5 more minutes and topped with mozzarella. I would have used parmigan but I didn’t have any.
