- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the egg whites and egg yolks into two separate bowls.
- Add the cream cheese and salt to the bowl with the egg yolks, and mix until well combined.
- In the other bowl, add the cream of tartar to the egg whites, and use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
