Keto Chocolate Chip Bars Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup keto sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, keto sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Note: You can store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
